PDF to Excel (Beta)

Turn tables in bank statements, price lists, invoices and reports into an Excel file you can sort, filter and calculate with.

Beta: only works with PDFs created on a computer that contain clean, regular tables. Scanned documents, photos and tables with merged or multi-line cells may come out misaligned.

Your files stay on your device. Processing happens entirely in your browser.

How to PDF to Excel (Beta)

  1. Choose or drop a PDF file that contains tables.
  2. Choose whether each page should become its own sheet or everything one sheet.
  3. Click "Convert to Excel" and download the XLSX file.

Frequently asked questions

Which PDFs work best?

PDFs exported from software (accounting tools, online banking, Excel, Word) with simple row-and-column tables. Numbers like 1.234,56 or 1,234.56 are converted into real numbers you can calculate with.

Why are some columns shifted?

A PDF doesn't store tables, only the position of each word. Columns are reconstructed from these positions, so merged cells, wrapped text or uneven layouts can confuse the detection.

Are my files uploaded?

No. Conversion happens in your browser. Your file never leaves your device.
