Excel to PDF
Share spreadsheets as PDFs that look the same everywhere. Each sheet becomes a neat table that fits the page, with the header row repeated on every page.
The cell values are converted as they are displayed. Charts, images and special cell formatting (colors, merged cells) are not included.
How to Excel to PDF
- Choose or drop XLSX, XLS, ODS or CSV files.
- Choose the page orientation. "Automatic" picks landscape for wide tables.
- Click "Convert to PDF" and download the result.
Frequently asked questions
What happens with very wide tables?
Landscape pages are used and the text is scaled down a little. If it still doesn't fit, long cell contents wrap onto several lines.
Are all sheets converted?
Yes. Every sheet that contains data is added to the PDF, with its name as a title.
Are my files uploaded?
No. Conversion happens in your browser. Your files never leave your device.
