Your files stay on your device. Processing happens entirely in your browser.

Frequently asked questions

What is a PDF bookmark?

It is an entry in the outline shown in the side panel of a PDF reader. Clicking it jumps to the chosen page, which makes long documents easy to navigate.

How do I make a sub-bookmark?

Use the right arrow to place a bookmark under the one above it. The left arrow moves it back up a level. You can also drag rows by their handle.

Can I remove all bookmarks?

Yes. Click "Remove all" and save. The PDF is saved without bookmarks.

Does it change my pages?

No. Only the bookmark list is replaced; page content, links and form fields stay as they are. To reorder pages, use Organize PDF.

Is my file uploaded?

No. Everything happens in your browser and your PDF never leaves your device.
